Josie did a great job on our old boy Billy. He was very much overdue for a groom, and he looks fantastic now. They were very gentle with him, especially when I told them that his arthritis had been playing up lately and had been causing him grief. Highly recommend - Josie clearly loves what she does 💙

Life happens, we get it. If you need to cancel, please give us at least 24 hours’ notice—your groomer (and their schedule) will thank you. No-shows or last-minute cancellations might incur a fee because, well, empty spots mean lost belly rubs (and lost time). So be cool, let us know in advance, and we’ll reschedule your pup’s glow-up with no stress.
Cancellation Policy: Be Cool, Give Us a Heads-Up!
Once your pup is primped, fluffed, and looking extra cute, we’ll send you a text to come grab them. You’ve got one hour to swing by before we start charging a “fashionably late” fee. Why? Because as much as we love your dog, we’re not running a sleepover camp (unless you actually booked daycare).
After the Booking: Don’t Ghost Us—Pick-Up is in One Hour!
Ready to book? Love that for you (and your pup). Just a few quick things: your dogge needs to be fully vaccinated, and if they’re a bit nervous, reactive, or just extra in general—give us a heads-up. We’re pros at handling all kinds of personalities, but a little prep goes a long way. Your dogge's feeling under the weather? Reschedule. We want every pup’s visit to be a tail-wagging good time.
